I am Jennifer Kirk. I have been licensed in Texas since 2019, I have closed 115 homes, and 21 of those have been this year. I live in Little Elm and I work the corridor around it — Lewisville up through Denton, east across Frisco and Prosper, north into Celina, Anna and Melissa.

What I actually do differently

I verify school districts on every property. In North Texas, city limits, ZIP codes and district boundaries do not line up, and the gap between them is where families get hurt. Seven districts serve McKinney. Three serve Little Elm. Light Farms is Prosper ISD except for one phase. I check the district's own boundary lookup for the specific address, every time, before you get attached to a house.

I will tell you when not to buy. Or not to sell. I have told relocating clients to rent for a year and told sellers to wait a season, both of which delayed my own paycheck. If I am not willing to say the inconvenient thing, my advice is not worth anything.

I take the hard transactions. Divorce sales and estate sales are a real part of my practice, not something I take reluctantly. They require neutrality, patience and coordination with attorneys, and I have done enough of them to know where they go wrong.

Who I work with

First-time buyers — most of my five-star reviews. Move-up buyers coordinating a sale and a purchase in the same month.
