This is the biggest data trap in my entire market. Silverado, Sandbrock Ranch and ArrowBrooke — the three communities everyone means when they say "Aubrey" — sit outside Aubrey city limits. Every median price you will read online for Aubrey reflects only the small historic townsite and is dramatically lower than what those new builds actually sell for. Search ZIP 76227, not the city.
