School districts
Who actually serves Little Elm
Three districts, one city. Little Elm ISD covers most of the original town, Frisco ISD serves the eastern and southeastern portion (Frisco Ranch, Sunset Pointe), and Denton ISD serves the north (Paloma Creek, Union Park — feeding Braswell High School).
What people get wrong here
Two houses on the same street can sit in different districts, and Frisco ISD–zoned homes inside Little Elm city limits consistently sell faster and closer to list. Never assume from the mailing address — I check the boundary on every single property before you write an offer.
